TRUE LOVE BY: LAURA SMITH
What is love? Does it really exist?
Someone to love, to hold, and to kiss?
Is there really someone out there for me?
To travel the world or just sit and watch T.V.
Where is it at? Where can I look?
Is it real or just something you read about in a book?
I’m not sure there is someone out there for me
Everyone else finds it for this I see.
I know I’m not perfect but I have a big heart.
It seems most relationships I’ve had
Are doomed from the start.
Sometimes I wonder if my picker is broken
It seems the worst are the ones I’ve chosen
I’m getting older up there in age.
If my life’s a book I’m ready for the next page.
I’m hoping before age 40 ill find the one,
We can get marred ever have a son.
Or a daughter is fine, we can cuddle watch tv,
And sip on fine wine.
Is there someone out there who’s perfect for me?
God’s in no rush for this I see.
I just can’t’ help but wonder who it will be.
All I want is someone to love,
And in turn they will love me.
Oh, dear Lord does it really exist?
Someone to love, to hold and to kiss.
Ricky, Bobby, hell even Earl
The name doesn’t matter
If he makes my toes curl
The story of my life.
